Cosgrove Parish Council has been made aware of planned refurbishment to the gas pipe that passes over the Grand Union Canal and into Doctors Piece. The location can be determined by following this link, https://what3words.com/tram.grounded.lateral
The work is scheduled to start on Thursday 20th November at 8.00am and will be completed by 4.00pm on Friday 19th December.
Scaffolding will be erected around the pipe to enable Cadent to refurbish the gas pipe.

Disruption is expected to be minimal for navigation at the site with delays not expected to exceed 20 minutes. Users of the towpath are reminded to be aware of any work that may be in progress and to follow any safety advice or notices displayed at the site.
